At Kovli (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases of blankets and home textiles on kovli.top. This Return & Refund Policy explains, in detail, how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled for orders placed through our Shopify store. This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center guidelines.
1. Scope and Purpose
This policy applies to all purchases directly from kovli.top. It does not cover third-party marketplaces or resellers. All statements herein are accurate, transparent, and do not contain false claims. The goal of this policy is to provide clarity about return eligibility, timelines, procedures, and refund methods.
2. Return Eligibility

Standard return window: 30 calendar days from delivery.

Products must be in unused condition, clean, and free from any stains, damage, or alterations.

All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.

Proof of purchase (order number or packing slip) must accompany the return.

Items failing these criteria may be subject to partial refund, store credit, or return denial.
Exceptions: Custom blankets, personalized items, and final-sale products are generally non-returnable. Exceptions will be explicitly noted on the product page.
3. Return Process

Email service@kovli.top with the subject line Return Request — Order #XXXX. Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Wait for a response confirming eligibility and providing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Package items securely, include the RMA number, and ship to the address provided. Keep tracking information.

Upon receipt, we inspect the item. Full or partial refunds are issued depending on condition.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of inspection.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless store credit is requested.

Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Notify service@kovli.top within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

Provide photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund once verified.
7. Shipping Costs

Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

International returns are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping by contacting service@kovli.top.

If the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible, and returns must follow this policy.
9. Policy Updates

Changes do not affect orders completed prior to the update except where required by law.
